The Danish Institute for Human Rights is implementing the Danish Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP). The program aims to collaborate closely with state actors to respect, protect, and fulfill human rights by providing substantive, organizational, and process-oriented guidance. The Gender Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting the effective implementation of objectives, promoting collaboration with key stakeholders, and enhancing knowledge sharing to build capacity and ensure sustainable progress in the region.
Role and responsibilities:
As a Gender Advisor, you will guide and coordinate gender-related initiatives within DAPP. Working under the supervision of the MENA Team Lead and the Project Manager in Denmark, and in close coordination with the project teams in Tunisia, Jordan, Morocco, and Egypt
