About Douar Tech
Douar Tech is a Moroccan association offering programs in rural and peri-urban areas. Our mission is to contribute to the socio-economic inclusion and resilience of disadvantaged youth, and their communities, by providing them training, networks, and resources to become successful entrepreneurs and professionals in a digital world.
Our approach focuses on blended learning models and engaging the surrounding entrepreneurial and technological ecosystems through programmatic and other professional networking initiatives. Douar Tech’s empowerment model supports young people from all regions of Morocco to fully seize the opportunities of the 21st century. Our programs currently focus on Moroccan youth, yet our networks span across the SWANA (South West Asia and North Africa) region and the African continent.
About the Job
The Program Assistant is an administrative support role that requires a motivated leader interested in entrepreneurship and digital development. S/he will support Douar Tech’s programs in close coordination with the Executive Director and Program Manager. S/he will act as a project manager, overseeing the organization and workflow of Douar Tech operations The Program Assistant is an exceptional communicator, detail-oriented, highly organized, and understands efficient project management to ensure optimized workflows.
