يدعو المعهد المغربي لتحليل السياسات منظمات المجتمع المدني المغربية إلى المشاركة في هذا الاستبيان حول القدرات الرقمية للمنظمات واحتياجاتها في هذا المجال.
يأتي هذا الاستبيان في إطار دراسة يُنجزها المعهد ضمن مشروع «صوت التكنولوجيا» المموّل من الاتحاد الأوروبي، بهدف تقييم ورصد قدرات منظمات المجتمع المدني المغربية على توظيف الأدوات الرقمية وأدوات المشاركة المواطنة، بما يسهم في تعزيز الحكامة التشاركية والشفافية المؤسساتية.
مشاركتكم طوعية، وستُعامل جميع الإجابات بسرية. يستغرق ملء الاستبيان ما بين 10 و15 دقيقة، ويُرجى أن يجيب عنه شخص واحد نيابةً عن المنظمة.

Appel à participation à une enquête sur les capacités numériques des organisations de la société civile marocaines
L’Institut marocain d’analyse des politiques (MIPA) invite les organisations de la société civile marocaines à participer à ce questionnaire portant sur leurs capacités numériques et leurs besoins dans ce domaine. Ce questionnaire s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une étude menée par MIPA dans le cadre du projet «Sawtech», co-financé par l’Union européenne. Cette étude vise à évaluer et suivre les capacités des organisations de la société civile marocaines à utiliser les outils numériques et les outils de participation citoyenne afin de contribuer à une gouvernance participative et de renforcer la transparence institutionnelle. Votre participation est volontaire et toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière confidentielle. Le questionnaire prend environ 10 à 15 minutes à remplir et doit être complété par une seule personne au nom de l’organisation.

Call for Participation in a Survey on the Digital Capacities of Moroccan Civil Society Organisations
The Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA) invites Moroccan civil society organisations to participate in this questionnaire on their digital capacities and needs in this area.
This questionnaire is part of a study conducted by the MIPA within the framework of the «Sawtech» project, co-funded by the European Union. The study aims to assess and monitor the capacities of Moroccan civil society organisations to use digital tools and civic participation tools in order to contribute to participatory governance and strengthen institutional transparency.
Participation is voluntary, and all responses will be treated confidentially. The questionnaire takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and should be completed by one person on behalf of the organisation.
