نظمت جمعية سمسم-مشاركة مواطنة بشراكة مع جمعية التحدي للمساواة والمواطنة لقاء تشاوريا في موضوع « تحقيق مبدأ المساواة في حقوق المرأة العاملة في التشريع المغربي »، وذلك يوم الخميس 7 مارس بالدار البيضاء.
هدف هذا اللقاء الذي حضر فعالياته ناشطات وناشطون جمعويون بالإضافة إلى مختلف الفاعلين في الموضوع، إلى إثارة النقاش حول تحقيق مبدأ المساواة في حقوق المرأة العاملة في التشريع المغربي وتجميع الخلاصات والتوصيات من أجل صياغة مقترح قانون قصد تعديل بعض مقتضيات مدونة الشغل.
وجاء تنظيم هذا اللقاء التشاوري بعد تنظيم جمعية سمسم-مشاركة مواطنة تدريبا حول الترافع المؤسساتي عرف مشاركة 10 ممثلات وممثلين عن منظمات المجتمع المدني من مناطق مختلفة من المغرب.
وكان هذا اللقاء جزءًا من مشروع « تعزيز الانفتاح والمساءلة والولوج إلى المعلومة البرلمانية » الذي تنفذه جمعية سمسم-مشاركة مواطنة بدعم من مبادرة الشراكة الأمريكية الشرق أوسطية، وتسهر من خلاله على مواكبة الحملات الترافعية لمنظمات المجتمع المدني، والترافع حول مواضيعها في البرلمان.
جمعية سمسم-مشاركة مواطنة جمعية مغربية غير ربحية ومستقلة تهدف إلى استعمال وسائل التكنولوجيا والاتصال من أجل تعزيز مشاركة المواطنات و المواطنين في تدبير الشأن العام و دعم المؤسسات العمومية لتلبية هذا الحق الأساسي وفقا لمبادئ الحكامة الجيدة.
جمعية التحدي للمساواة والمواطنة جمعية حقوقية نسائية تشتغل من أجل النهوض بحقوق النساء المغربيات وتترافع من أجل قوانين تنبني أساسا على المساواة الحقيقية والفعلية بين النساء والرجال.
SimSim-Participation Citoyenne, in partnership with Tahadi Association for Equality and Citizenship, organized a consultative meeting on the topic of « Achieving Equality in the Rights of Moroccan Women in the Labor Code » on Thursday, March 7, 2024, in Casablanca.
This consultative meeting, attended by activists, civil society actors, and various stakeholders, aimed to stimulate discussion and collect insights and recommendations to formulate a law proposal to amend some provisions of the Labor Code.
This event was organized following a training on the principles of institutional advocacy, by SimSim-Participation Citoyenne, which involved the participation of 10 representatives from civil society organizations from different regions.
This consultative meeting was a component of the « Enhancing Openness, Accountability, and Access to Parliamentary Information » project, supported by The U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) and implemented by SimSim-Participation Citoyenne. Through this project, SimSim oversees keeping up with civil society organizations’ advocacy campaigns and advocating on their issues in parliament.
SimSim-Participation Citoyenne is a non-profit and independent Moroccan organization that aims to use ICT to enhance the participation of citizens in the management of public affairs and to support public institutions in responding to their participation by the principles of good governance.
Tahadi Association for Equality and Citizenship is a women’s rights advocacy association working towards advancing the rights of Moroccan women and advocating for laws built fundamentally on true and effective equality between women and men.
