The Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA) is launching a call for proposals for the development and maintenance of a digital, interactive, and multilingual (Arabic/English) platform designed as a National Digital Hub for civil society in Morocco.
Overall objective of the assignment: To design and implement an open-access platform that centralizes digital transformation and Civic Tech tools at the national level. The platform will also host key project outputs, including a participatory and continuously updated mapping of Moroccan civil society, a national digitalization index, publications, an idea box, and an interactive forum for exchange, networking, and user-generated contributions.
Eligibility: Applications are open to service providers legally authorized to operate in Morocco.
