The Learning Management System Coordinator is responsible for the full administration and execution of asynchronous learning workflows across all levels and categories of Amideast’s English language programs. This includes assigning weekly online tasks, transferring grades from third-party platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all students are properly onboard and engaged across learning platforms. The role maintains instructional quality and drives consistent student participation, acting as a crucial link between the EL department, CSRs, and platform administrators. The work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday and reverts to Monday to Friday in between course sessions as decided by the EL department.
